MGI attach great importance to integrity, honesty and discipline. A sense of responsibility and a high degree of maturity are expected from all students inside or outside the campus befitting future managers.

Participation in co-curricular activities is a must. No exemption is allowed on any ground as all processes are integral part of the programme. Students have absolute freedom to express their talent, ask for help to overcome weaknesses assert debate and disagree for improvement of the systems and learning opportunities.

MGI are continuously on learning mode and thrive on innovation, scholarship and workmanship. Therefore, rapid change for the good is an ongoing process. We prepare students to face challenges of fast – changing environment. Periodic open house sessions are held with the Director and staff for direct interaction with students.

Indulging in behavior against the norms of discipline [including attendance, punctuality, indecent behavior etc. will not be tolerated. The faculty concerned will counsel the students suitably measures to regulate attendance, maintain discipline and ensure smooth and undisturbed learning in the class.

Attendance in workshops, corporate and other lectures and institute-sponsored activities is compulsory. Absence will not be tolerated. Any student penalized more than twice in whatever form, may be asked to withdraw from MGI.

Ragging is prohibited as per legislation in educational institutes. Any Student found including in ragging /in any activity contrary to rules of discipline will be liable to be punished even to the extent of expulsion from the institute.

Mentoring and Career

Counseling every student of MGI will be assigned to a GGG [Guru, Guide and Guardian] who will assist and guide the student in career planning, progress monitoring and problem solving related to the programme. The Institutes attach great importance to the need for the process of mentoring and suitable guideline will be provided separately.

Reservation of Rights

The management of MGI reserves the right to change policies, systems and procedures, requirements for admission or graduation, programme course structure , faculty mix, regulation affecting students or any other suitable modifications, under the overall provisions of AICTE should these be deemed necessary in the interest of the profession and the institute.
